Created on January 8, 2024. I have a problem w/my G5 games. I cannot get into my g5 games. When I go to the games and click on them it goes to the blue G5 screen as it always does but, instead of going to the continue to game screen it juat stays on the blue screen and I can't X out that screen . It's doing it on all g5 games I'm playing too ...

Hi Jackie, There may be a number of reasons for this type of issue to occur. As a first troubleshooting step, we suggest resetting the Windows Store cache, and see if it helps. Simply type WSReset on the Cortana search bar and hit the Enter key. This will automatically run the Store Cache reset, let it finish and restart your PC.
