I used quillbot for a paraphrase and turnitin marked the generated text as "student paper" which means that another student actually has generated the same text as me. Which means that if someone else wants the same paragraph to be paraphrased by quillbot, turnitin will mark your text as student paper, because it think that you stole the text ...
Through its word choice, Quillbot makes materials simple for me to understand. Although I'm not sure if the premium version is worthwhile, I've found the free version to be quite helpful. I like Quillbot better than Grammarly. I think this tool might be helpful for non-native speakers like you and me.
You can use quillbot to paraphrase your own sentences in a better way. I've looked into a number of websites for research and academic writing, and let me tell you, not all of them are up to par. After days of searching for AIs, I came across Yomu.ai, and let me tell you, it's been a game changer.
Thoughts on Quillbot AI as a writing aid? For reference, Quillbot is (as I understand it) an AI-based browser tool that has a variety of uses, including a Paraphraser, a Grammar Checker, a Plagiarism Checker, Quillbot Flow (not sure what that is), a Summarizer, a Citation Generator, and a Translator. There may be more in the Premium version ...
The price is right, and it works decently. It is definitely a much better improvement on the old content spinners. You can set the level of "creativeness" or whatever they call it. The higher it is the less it will make sense. Originality.ai still detects it as AI content with around 50% confidence in my experience. 5.

I had ChatGPT provide me with an outline to structure my essay based on key points I wanted to focus on. Then I wrote the paper myself. Every other AI detector is reporting back 100% human text. For some odd reason, quillbot is telling me anywhere from 33-60% in random sections I wrote on my own.
Quillbot is basically a paraphrasing tool. Even Grammarly has become tough to pirate sadly : (. Archived post. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. There is a GitHub page that has a cracked version of quilbot, i don't remember the name, when I get home i will edit with the link as i actively use it.
Lol Quillbot for sure is but I think Grammarly is fine. GPT would also prob be cheating. It depends on if you are being evaluated on your writing technique or on the ideas and arguments you are presenting. Either way, it’s your professor’s call.
Q&A. QuillsAndQuills. •• Edited. You're not overreacting. It is cheating ... in a sense. Firstly, QuillBot often sucks. But let's say it works (because there are programs that do a better job). It's one thing to use sites like that to see how sentences can be improved. That's a learning experience.
