Shiftery's Shaders work, but also have a bunch of texture changes that may or may not be your cup of tea. Alternatively, there's a shader that purportedly is a Bedrock version of Chocapic, but I sincerely doubt it's legit. It works on Win10, though. Yeah that Chocapic shader is alright, but i hate the lighting.

Yes and no. After Bedrock change rendering engines couple years ago they removed shader support BUT they are currently working on ways to bring shader support back. Render Dragon, the new renderer used by Bedrock Edition since RTX officially released, fundamentally broke all existing shaders and made them unusable since those shaders were built for the old renderer, and unfortunately it doesn't support custom shaders yet. Windows 10 edition already had Renderdragon. That's why the shaders for pocket edition didn't work on windows 10. Now pocket edition is also using Renderdragon. That's why old shaders for PE won't work on the new version. But any shaders that worked on windows 10 edition previously, should work on all of the bedrock versions now, including PE.
