    I have Movie Maker rignt in front of me on Windows 10, yes it does work perfectly. There is something else wrong with your system. Right click Start button, Device Manager, and look for errors. Also check in Event Viewer, Windows Logs, System. Right click you hard drive in File Explorer and select properties, Select check driver for errors and fix.
