Re: USPS Delays Causing Customer Problems. 05-01-202110:20 AM. Yes, it's very frustrating! My packages first go to either the Chicago Distribution Center, Aurora, or Elk Grove Village (Priority Mail). Sometimes things will arrive in 2-3 days and sometimes 10-12 with no rhyme or reason.
