Posted August 5, 2010. As KK says, if you booked through HAL you can see your onboard credit. Log in and go to your account. Click on your reservations and when the reservation comes up, click on the payment details at the bottom. This will bring up everything you have paid for so far, plus any OBC.
July 9, 2001. #6. Posted March 8, 2012. First I log in. Then I go to "Before You Go" and scroll down to "My Account" and open that section. Once that opens I go to the left side and click onto "My Reservations". All my booked reservations show up. I have never had to type in my confirmation number.
If That Doesn't Work: Click the login link - the little gray person icon in the white toolbar - and log in using your user name and password. What Not To Do: Don't reset your password. 172. November 19, 2013. #10. Posted July 1, 2023. If I were to describe my experiences on the Holland America Line website today, I would describe it as a "botch up." Let me explain some of the reasons for my frustration. My PCC encouraged me to pay for the entire cruise as the deadline for final payment is on July 3, 2023.
I setup an account on HAL.com and they gave me a mariner number. I have an existing booking which I can login to and buy shorex and book restaurants for - but every time I have to enter the booking ref (on the website). On the app (on iOS) I can't even do that - it doesn't recognize my booking ref and says call a USA number.
My little brain was challenged by the mixture of Android and iOS instructions. I worked my way slowly through your instructions and made the following notes for iOS that I will take on my cruises, unless someone points out any blunders: Fix for iOS on board Wi-Fi constant login issue: 1. If you log into your account on the Holland America website and go to Already Booked, then My Account, then My Cruise History you will find all your cruises. Each one will have a link to your final statement as a pdf. Click on that to view or download. If you were on a linked BTB, the statement will be attached to the first of the linked cruises.

The two companies are co-located and share certain things (like their air department) and I guess this means they use the same computer center.
But we were trying to access our mariner account to view our balance, paid excursions, and pre-pay our gratuities. None of that was appearing, and after talking in circles we gave up. Expand. Try calling the Centurion number, 888-425-7447, and just hold until someone answers.
- Trying to (re)register, but the App recognizes that an account exists with that e-mail address- The App itself works, because when using the App with the other persons login data, it works! Any suggestions? Edited July 29, 2021 by Alphen
