I tried literally anything that I've found online. I stopped any driver auto-update In PC Systems. I rolled back the GPU driver to a previous version in Device Manager. Many tries, nothing worked. I tried AMD Software: Pro Edition instead of the Adrenalin one. Same issue. I downloaded a previous version (Adrenalin 22.5.1) and downgraded.
Some programs and graphics machines of the games cannot handle it. I use the MSI Afterburner where you can create 5 graphic profiles and force a constant voltage in the settings. In the GPU-Z button lookup you can view your manufacturer-specific graphics card data and create profiles accordingly. You can then test with FurMark.

I have a different problem. My AMD 5450 just quit on me, black screen, and I had to pull the plug on my PC. I saw that I had an HDMI port on the motherboard, so I took out the graphics card and rebooted. Now, I can't uninstall the AMD drivers and I am constantly nagged to update them.
