I am very disappointed in my purchase and with customer service. I was very excited to own a pair of shoes from Hike after reading the reviews on Facebook and Instagram. Unfortunately my left shoe did not fit my foot properly and kept sliding off my heel when I walked. I contacted Customer Service.
