Hi. My dropbox app won't open when I click on it, run it as administrator, disable my firewall or anti-virus program, reinstall it, or anything else I have tried... It is the same for both my computer and laptop. I use windows 11, 64 bit system. Thanks, it helped so my files are syncronizing again.

Hi all, hoping for some help. I have a new PC running Windows 11 (all updates installed) and am trying to run the Dropbox app. Once downloaded, it appears to install normally and asks for my login details and which folders to sync. Then it closes and I can no longer access the desktop app interface.
March. I'm setting up a new Dell desktop with Windows 11. The Dropbox app seems to install ok, but clicking it in the Start menu has no result. App does not open. If I look in Task Manager I see 10 instances of Dropbox running. I've end tasked all of them and rebooted, does not help. Have reinstalled it 3 more times, same result every time.

Walter. Dropbox Staff. January. It seems that the app is still syncing your files @maxwurr. The options to make your files available offline or online only will show up once it's 'up to date' (fully synced). You can speed-up the process by adjusting your bandwidth settings through the app's preferences, if needed.

Ooppss. Sorry for not explaining more. The shortcut would be to open the app. I used to have one but had to reinstall Windows 11 and now I can't get it to show up.
