I'm in a similar situation. Was approved for a Sephora card today but never received a confirmation email with any information. When I tried to register my account on the Comenity site, it asked for my account number, which I never received. Tried reapplying for the card in case there was a mistake, and it said records show I already have a card.
Applied for the Sephora credit card to take advantage of the 25% off. Was approved and it said a temp card would load to my account and that hasn’t happened. This is a time sensitive purchase and won’t be able to wait for it to come in the mail because I need the products before then. Glad I had a credit inquiry for this 🙄

Hi @AXS119 I'm so sorry for the trouble you're having using your temporary credit card! When placing an order with your temporary card, the shipping address must match the billing address on the Sephora Credit Card application. Otherwise, you will need to wait for the physical card with CVV to arrive in the mail.

For Sephora. The rewards expire after 90 days. I can get a better deal using my regular rewards card and have fewer cards open. My regular cards I can use rewards anywhere. Remember everytime you open a credit card it’s a credit check and therefore is against your credit score potentially lowering it.
