Sears, Roebuck and Company Warehouse Building, also known as Missouri Poster and Sign Company, Inc. and Bellas Hess Antique Mall, is a historic warehouse building located at North Kansas City, Missouri. It was built in 1912–1923, and is a nine-story building built as a merchandise warehouse for Sears.
The Sears store in Johnson County, the last in the Kansas City area, will soon close. The location, at 6327 W. 119th St., is now covered with signs announcing its final sale.
In 1968, Sears opened a surplus store in Kansas City. In 1994, the surplus stores were renamed to Sears Outlet. In 1995, Sears Outlet restructured in order to manage repairs and product distribution from a centralized location. To do this, they established a series of facilities known as Outlet Repair and Distribution Centers.
