Hi there I connected my Bluetooth headset to my windows 10 pc, its shows when connected " voice and music connected". But every time i tried to use my mic the audio stops and mic works and same vice versa. I want to be able to speak and listen at the same time like we do on laptop. Please help. thanks

When you have connected them via Bluetooth, there are two states that the headset can be in. One is Headphones where the mic is not used and the other is Headset, where the Mic is used. The default connection is normally Headphones, and so you have to manually switch them to Headset mode. I have Airpods and this is what I have to do with these.
My problem is that whenever I connect my Bluetooth headphones to my laptop, it connects fine, but it doesn't detect that the headphones are an audio and sound device. I have a Bluetooth headset with mic which works with my phone, and my other computer. When I connect to Windows 10 the speakers (headphones) work but the mic does not. The headset is paired with Bluetooth (headphones work). The device is listed under recording devices, enabled and is the default headphone and default headset.
