Then I hung up the phone and I called Coinbase support directly and told them what happened. The Coinbase representative told me they will never call you first and then she told me to reset my gmail password as well as my Coinbase password again and then they temporarily locked my account. These scammers are getting better. Stay vigilant.
Yeah Coinbase has a cool graph that shows you your portfolio. It’s also very easy to use for a beginner. Now there is nothing wrong with Coinbase (except, of course, the mind boggling fees) but I haven’t seen any post addressing how to use Coinbase without paying crazy fees or at least the best strategy to pay as little fees as possible.
Coinbase One is a new feature from Coinbase for $30 a month (first month free) that offers free trades, priority customer support and up to 1M in insurance on your crypto. Priority Customer Support: To my knowledge, Coinbase's standard customer support is non-existent. So to actually have customer support is a step up.

Coinbase Pro is an exchange so your fees will be lower, you will get a better market rate, etc. I would rank them high on my list of crypto services as far as trust and reliability ...
Also there is a difference in fees between purchasing at the market price and the limit price. If in last 30 days your total transaction (buying and selling) is more than $50k, the market orders cost more than limit orders. For $50k-$100k market order fee is 0.35% while limit order fee is 0.25%. Binance.us probably offers better fees though.
