2024-2025 Order Schedule. Please call and let us know that your group is planning a sale at least 1-2 weeks in advance of your order date. This allows us to determine how much product we need to make for the upcoming weeks.

Ingredients: Pork, water, spices & flavorings, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, BHA, BHT, and citric acid. Our sausage is gluten free. Cooking Instructions: Form or cut patties 1/2" thick or less. Cook slowly over low heat turning often. For safety, sausage must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 160º Fahrenheit.
