I'm going to assume that you've got v4 from either Scumbumbo's website or Curseforge, since you've said that you've checked it. If you have the XML injector in your mods folder, it could be a mod that calls it, and not be the XML injector itself. EstablishmentOwn4605. •.

it’s safe. you can find it on the scumbumbo mods site. Have been using it for more than a year. No problems. Through scumbumbos site it does not use adfly and is very safe and needed. It’s required for a lot of mods to work but I don’t know if the site is safe to go on or whether it uses AdFly or not.

Help! I took a break for a couple days, and when I booted up my game again today, suddenly XML Injector v2 wasn't working. it showed up in my mods list in-game, but none of my mods reliant on it are available. I tried updating to v4, but had the same result; it appears in my mods list, but doesn't appear to actually be running.
