Hello! Recently I noticed that my desktop wallpaper changes itself to black (marked as Windows 10 solid color Black wallpaper). First I thought it was a problem with my last wallpaper, which I had for months, so I changed it. After a few hours using my computer I noticed that it changed itself to black again.
For some reason whenever I open my default camera app on my laptop Windows 11, it shows a grainy black screen. this has caused me to be unable to use apps that require the camera, such as Zoom. It was working fine a week ago, and now this suddenly happens. I haven’t dropped the laptop, nothing has changed.
Hold mute for a few seconds if the picture turns black. Then after holding the mute button a few seconds the led on the bottoM of the TVs bezel turns back on press the input button to change the hdmi or other plugged in inputs and it should turn back on for a few more seconds or minutes so you can change the backlight to 63 or whichever sweet ...
So on the Lenovo, if your camera has a black screen and the light is on.....there is a small slider over the white light and move it to the right...it is so small you need to feel it with your fingers and slide it to the right!! Then it should work :-) You can't see the slider, finally figured it out. Hope that helps!
Got the camera all set up and film loaded. First picture came out great! The rest however kept coming out black. In any lighting with different settings, didn't matter. Changed the batteries just in case and thought maybe it was a bad pack of film. Loaded up a new pack of film and once again, first picture came out great, then the rest black.
I recently replaced the CCD sensor on my old S1 IS and now it works great. I was getting the black picture problem. Overall, replacing the CCD was a medium difficulty repair, with the hardest part removing the glue that was placed around the screws holding in the CCD and finding the correct bit (T4) to remove those screws.
Windows 10 Pro. LWS 2.80 installed. Windows 10 updates to latest versions. Just noticed today that my webcam is just showing a black screen, was working fine when I last used it but had a couple of big Windows updates over the last month.
