Rock Bottom Golf has ignored my request for help. I purchased a set of Wilson C300 Irons that have a defect and a problem which is evident in the photos I have included. Several urethane inserts in the "power holes" on the sole of my gap wedge fell out leaving open and gaping holes in the sole of the club that now fill up with grass mud and dirt.

Rock Bottom is great. Ordered from them numerous times over the years. It's not Amazon or Golf Galaxy with sometimes instant shipping/tracking. For items that are clearance and brand new, they often take a few extra days for processing, guessing how the warehouse is setup.

Condition is more or less the same as brand new but technically not brand new. They could’ve been a set somebody bought and tried out for a few rounds and didn’t like. Or a set that was on display at the store, maybe people hit them in a simulator a handful of times.
