Some one mentioned REI Hub so I'm looking for some user reviews and other suggestions that you may have experience with. I downloaded the free 30 day trial of REI Hub but I think it will take more time to set up than the help it will provide. I'm trying to find a good program/app to manage collecting residential rents.
3. Taken up within a few minutes - There is a known sales tactic to create FOMO but I find it surprising that most of their properties get scooped up in a matter of few minutes or so they claim. 4. Fees charged - They charge a 10% property management fees and 1 months rent (8.33%) for every new tenant.
RentalHero vs REI Hub Software. In search of accounting software specific to real estate for tracking expenses of rental properties (including LTRs in LLC with property manager and self-managed STRs). In reviewing past forum posts, RentalHero and REI Hub have many positive comments. Simplicity and excellent customer support are important factors.
REI Software for wholesalers. Don Taylor Poster. Wholesaler. Oakland, CA. Posted over 7 years ago. Over the last few months I've been researching different all-in-one REI software platforms. I've looked into "REIPRO", "REALEFLOW" and "FREEDOMSOFT". Currently I'm paying for "REIPRO" and I'm in a free trial with "REALEFLOW" and I've only poked ...

The property is a 4BR/2.5Ba located in a suburb of Memphis. It is in a solid class B neighborhood, and was fully rehabbed by REI Nation at the time of my purchase. My ...
REI Nation Experience. I know there has been a lot posted about REI or Memphis Invest. I thought I'd post about my experience. I've researched them for years. What I found useful was that they seemed to have a high number of investors that were happy. I went through their "approval" process and in the samples they sent me 3 out of 8 properties ...
53. Votes. Eric Morel. Replied almost 3 years ago. Be careful though. This is the same type of pitch other gurus are using. They point out success stories and offer free videos. Then if you truly want to partner with them they ask for 7 to 10k for that to happen.
Legit or just another guru wannabe REI. Michael Guzik Poster. Real Estate Agent. San Antonio, TX. Posted almost 7 years ago. I went to a real estate meet up and it was advertised as free and "don't bring your credit cards" I'm not going to lie I got my hopes up a bit. Sadly as I expected it was just another sales pitch for some guru coaching ...
