However, I think the majority of the courses that used to be on ALMS have since migrated to Blackboard (Google Army Blackboard). For anyone who wasn’t aware, ALMS is being replaced with ATIS. The BLUF is that the system will go online soonish and you should complete courses by 22 March or it will not transfer over. ALMS is expected to shutdown the last week of March or into early April. ATIS “should” be live around early April.

I was speaking more of the future Army because during wars people traditionally get promoted just to fill vacancies and the things normally considered desirable in leaders are put to the side. An we transition from an Army at War to an Army of Preparation people will have to make themselves stand out more.
