The transfer wizard app is not for transfer of service, but transfer of personal data. Transfer of service is phone number, airtime, and service time. Sounds like you just want to take the personal data off the Pixie and use it for the E4, which the transfer wizard will do.
Connect both phones to your Wifi source. 2. Start the app on both devices. On the old phone, select "From this device". On the new phone, select "To this device". 3. The old phone will scan its content, then display a QR code. 4. The new phone tells you to read the QR code with its camera.
I have no familiarity with this product and cannot say for sure, but I installed the Straight Talk Transfer Wizard just for fun, and it appears to have been written by or for TracFone. In fact, the actual name of the app is com.tracfone.mobiletransfer. The Terms and Conditions that the app forces you to look at also repeatedly reference ...

If GV sends the texts to the native/built-in app, it will be easier to reply from there. But, it will cost you a ...
Just to complete the thread, I ended up purchasing a $15 dollar Tracfone card that included their free Alcatel Pixi Eclipse phone. When it arrived I contacted Tracfone and the agent agreed after some discussion that I could transfer the minutes from my expired 2G phone to my new phone but that I would have to activate my old 2G phone first.
