   Thanks for your response. My problem was American Greetings change on printing cards. I finally had to install Firefox as my secaondary browser and have to use that to print cards rather. than Internet Explorer. I was unhappy with American Greetings making that change.

   My file looks perfect, the print preview is perfect but when I put the card in the printer the print comes exactly centered over the fold of the card. I am using a hp laser 1018, and it used to work, but I think it has something to do with either windows 10 or word 2010. Because it used to work before.
