  2. Hilton friends and family code? - DISboards

    www.disboards.com/threads/hilton-friends-and-family-code...

A few months ago a budget boarder posted her "friends" code for all of us to use. (That's perfectly legal--it is not the limited "family" code). I can't find my copy. Does anybody here know the code? Or, a super-duper code/promotion for any DTD hotel for Feb?

One of my best friends works for ESPN. He has offered us his 40% off resort discount for friends/family for our upcoming trip. Next week we will be four months out, which is when he said he can apply the discount. In the past, we were lucky enough to get this discount through my cousin who...

Stroll to the pickup area, gotten in the car (group getting in a bus and jockeying for seats - exaggeration), but just travel with a few friends or family. And SAVE money while (probably) riding in a fairly new car.

Hi all! Looking to book the Hilton Happy Magic SUITE (sleeps 6) at the Hilton next summer. According to a new study by Hilton, 95% of Americans are missing travel right now – are you one of them? It’s not surprising, after six months of restrictions brought on by a global pandemic which led to working and learning from home and little change in scenery … day after day after day. What is… Continue Reading

    insideflyer.com/2021/06/02/ihg-rewards-vs-hilton-honors...

Both IHG and Hilton offer 10 points per US dollar spent. And although there is some uncertainty about IHG after their recent change s, both IHG and Hilton points are worth 0.4-0.5 cents. Mid-tier elite members do slightly better with Hilton, however. Gold members earn an 80% bonus, while Diamond members receive 100%.

    www.disboards.com/threads/why-did-you-purchase-dvc-over...

Why did you purchase DVC over another timeshare company like marriott, Hilton, Wyndham. It looks like you can pay 5k for a week of points at Hilton grand vacation club unlike spending $20k+ for a DVC contract. I just purchased direct at Grand Villas and everyone I talk to thinks I’m insane to have spent over 50k on a dvc timeshare.

I will also tell my friends and family to avoid Hilton at all costs. Finally, I will remind each one of my coworkers, all of whom essentially live in hotels year-round, not to patronize any Hilton property unless your rewards program changes.

    insideflyer.com/2021/05/22/what-do-you-think-about-hilton...

Hilton Honors recently announced that it is temporarily dropping the free breakfast benefit at ‘full service’ hotels in the USA for Gold and Diamond members. Instead, members will be offered a credit that can be applied to breakfast, or any other food/drink charged to the room. The new policy starts in July 2021 and will run (initially?) until the… Continue Reading

  11. Long Time DVC Owners - Still Enjoying It? - DISboards

    www.disboards.com/threads/long-time-dvc-owners-still...

Most of my friends have become addicted to Disney trips the way I like to take them - relaxed, no rope-drops, late starts each day, good food and bars, etc. The same way my family liked to do it too - so really little has changed other than who I go with.
