Each player chooses up to 3 players to keep. If you keep 2 players, your first pick is in round 3. If you keep no players, your first pick is round 2. I would figure this is the most unlikely keeper league type. 3. Your keeper draft round is based on the draft round from last year - either with or without a penalty.

14 teams - straight 13 week schedule, play each team once, then 3 weeks of playoffs. Top 2 overall teams get byes. 13 teams - Same as above, just either a week with a bye, or, a week where that team plays the league average score. Other option is a doubleheader. One team a week plays two games.
