I would suggest that you send another, they may have missed your support ticket! happened to me recently, they havent responded in 5 days and i sent another email and they finally replied to the new one but never responded to the other (roblox replies to every email even if you send a new one so if they dont that means they missed your support ticket and sending a new one is a good idea)
