It doesn't have to be a special light, just light. 2. I work from extremely early in the morning to about 3 pm, I do not have time to feed my chameleon before work because I have a long commute. I was thinking of setting the lights to 12pm-12am, and feed the chameleon at 4 pm or 5 pm at the very latest.

For the vines just bend the end and put the wire around it and twist it into place on the outside. Go through the caging in two different spots about a 1/2 inch apart and you should have no problems with ripping. For the sticks you can drill through them and use the same method.

Dealing with all the water from spraying and dripping every day, the hassle of rearranging all the live plant pots and perch structures every time you would have to change out a piece of carpet, plus the disturbance for the cham, I don't really want anything on the cage bottom.

Dec 9, 2011. #7. I still say the drain table with PVC liner is a better choice, especially if you have many cages. You can make 2 drain tables 4feet long for around $40 each holding 4 full size adult cages and never have to worry about taking the drain tub off or leakage or any of that.

Member. Dec 9, 2016. #1. I put in some soil from outside in the tank with some moss and I´m growing grass in there and I´m noticing little black bugs that are almost 10x smaller than a fruit fly without wings. They are black or dark brown, relatively fast, and hang out in moist areas and the wall of the terrarium (made of wood).

Rlc1994 said: Any arboreal lizard would probably work well as long as it doesn’t have sharp long nails that would destroy the screen. I was thinking iguana but I don’t know how well the screen would hold up and they get huge lol. Arboreal snakes too are probably a good choice also. Zoo med actually makes screen cages for iguanas.
