    update at 9:52 am (CST) I tried something - I opened Microsoft Edge - then opened Explorer - and tried to download a free game from the online games (Jewel Quest). Not sure why, but I was able to get the MSN games manager to open and update (which I had suspected was one problem). Once that updated, I was able to download Jewel Quest and launch.

    Adding MSN Gaming to the browser defeats just about everything we are trying to do on our campus? Eliminating Gaming is a bit of Whack-a-mole, but our firewall is doing an excellent job until they discovered msn gaming. Is there a GPO or something to turn this off? We are about to remove either MSN or Edge or both from all the machines.
