I finally got a CLI on my Victoria's Secret Angel card. That thing has been sitting at $250 since I opened it in March, mocking me with its denials while all of my other Comenity cards have grown consistently. Today I went from $250 to $450 and then again to $650 before getting the 7-10 day message.
