The number listed on UPS.com as "Customer Support" that's (800) 742-5877 is just a robot. I tried for 30 minutes to use different prompts across 5-10 calls to get through to a real person. I tried for 30 minutes to use different prompts across 5-10 calls to get through to a real person.

Speak directly to customer service representative 877-289-6418, option 4 (other) I just was able to speak to a live UPS person about my delivery issue (3 failed delivery attempts, even though I was home, and now being returned to sender).
Adding another customer service number for people to try: 800-877-1760 I’ve had luck using this number to get a live person. As far as helpfulness goes, still zero. I’ve been pestering UPS for over a month now trying to get info on my lost package - a family heirloom antique mirror.

Ups is a horrible company with horrible customer service. Ups decided my package was undeliverable after they accepted it, then they did not bother calling the contact number just held it at the distribution center, I called and had my package changed to a ups access point.
Calling UPS customer service I had trouble getting a hold of UPS when they misdelivered a package to my house. I finally told the robot lady at the 1800 number, "complaint, manager" and was put in a queue to speak to a person immediately.
