Guayama Pueblo. Built in 1887, this house is one of the best remaining examples of southern Puerto Rico's 19th-century vernacular style of urban domestic architecture, blended with extensive Neoclassical elements. Especially notable is the house's masonry, wood, and metal ornamentation. It was acquired for use as a museum in 1979.
