I have similar problem. Three email accounts in personal Outlook Office 2021. Win 11. Two accounts auto download like in previous versions. Roadrunner does not. It is fully functional, just does not download after opening Outlook. Have to click on RR inbox to get the mail downloaded. Tried the account auto repair, no help.
