I have and know my login info to victory capital and usaa. I have a 529 account number and confirmation number screenshotted from when i completed the application. I havent received any email confirmation, or a receipt for the $1200 i authorized. Also, when i login to the Victory Capital website, i swear the webpage is actively giving me cancer.
Investments. So my 529 is no longer on USAA website. I go to Victory Capital and they want a log in. I have no log in so I try to create one. I put in my email address and the damn thing says "email already exists." Great now Im in a 30 minute call queue to talk to some one. This is straight BS.
No hassle but be sure to do it directly between Victory and new company. Fill out the ira transfer forms of the new company and let it happen without you being involved. About 2 years ago USAA moved my USAA Cornerstone moderate mutual fund to Victory capital. The ER jumped from 0.26 to 1.4%.

Quicken and USAA totals have always agreed. I called Quicken and shared my screen with them. They said that Victory Capital also can access my Quicken account now and make changes to my USAA Brokerage account numbers and they were the ones who put in all the -$10,000.00 figures. I reported this to USAA.
July 2022 edited September 2022. I have several 529 accounts with Victory Capital Management (VCM) that I'd like to bring into Quicken. Quicken is able to establish connectivity to VCM and recognize the accounts; however, it is not able to download any transactions. I've tried deleting the accounts and starting over but achieve the same result.

Brokerage, IRA, 529, etc. - all will be under Schwab as if you had originally created them there. Victory Capital is taking over control of USAA's family of mutual funds. So instead of USAA employees managing those funds and their underlying holdings, Victory Capital will do so instead. They should still carry the USAA moniker, though.
