Tala al-Badr Alayna ( Arabic: طلع البدر علينا, romanized : Ṭalaʿ al-Badr ʿAlaynā) is a traditional Islamic nashid that the Ansar supposedly sang for the Islamic prophet Muhammad upon his arrival at Medina .
