Pnet > departments > estore > micro services > idk from there. Estore.heb.com on your curbside phone. You can see the orders, metrics, subs, customer arrivals and shopper tracker. This is what your manager is always watching. I wonder why they make it so hard to find your UPH.
I’m trying to login to my HEB APP but it is not letting me . I’ve tried to send the code to my email for verification but I never got anything( I’ve done this probably like 3-5 times now) I need help because I feel like my account got hacked ๐ญ๐ Need my Discount on my HEB APP again I miss it!๐
The place for all things Austin, TX. HEB curbside and delivery users- BEWARE of fraud! I checked my email at about 3 pm yesterday and saw that a curbside pickup had been ordered on my HEB account for about $480 at 11 am and picked up at 1 pm. Unfortunately, if I had seen the email, I could have cancelled it.
If you mean the HEB app, for curbside, adding a payment there…..maybe update the app. If it has an update. Curbside can also blacklist customers, that could be a second guess. Sometimes on heb go, it makes me login again and set up payment again. It usually will work for me after that.
I think the raise was $14, $14.50, $15, $15.53. Possibly. If you’re looking for better pay and more hours, I might suggest warehouse or manufacturing. I’m in manufacturing and the minimum is $16/hr, there’s a 90 day sign on bonus, and there’s going to be a 50¢/hr overnight/weekend premium pay starting April 18th.
The POS system went down along with everything else I can’t even access my FPP list. Major outage of all many heb systems right now, including heb.com. The website is down, too. This seems system-wide. In curbside, random shoppers we're getting kicked out of the app. Some could shop but couldn't sub items.
H-E-B is a private company and does not report financials to the SEC, but Kroger is a publicly traded company and does report. In their 10-K for 2022, Kroger reported $148 billion in total sales, of which over $10 billion was digital (includes both curbside and delivery). That's 7% of total sales. Sure, H-E-B is not Kroger.
Go to heb.onelogin.com on a work computer. Login with your peoplesoft. On the top right click your name >profile. On the left click security factors. The ones listed are any other devices you've used, so I'd recommend removing all of them. Click add factor. A dialogue box will open. On your new phone open the onelogin protect app.
Same. I placed an order through the app this morning, around 8, no problem. got the confirmation text message and everything. Went back into the app to add something and it was like I never placed the order and now it and the website are both down as others have reported. I have faith in My HEB™, they'll get it fixed!
As most people said: -rude snobby customers/heb employees when we’re trying to retrieve items -hulking sometimes 2+ carts within a 7 minute limit, excluding the quality/weight of the items (I’ve had to retrieve 4 50lb dog food plus 4 cases of waters, sodas, etc. not including her regular groceries she requested.
