Citibank Scam. Jul-15-2023 09:00 PM. I had 4 x $99.99 withdrawn from my linked bank account without my authorisation. I reported this and the case was closed, identified as unauthorised activity but no money was returned. The money was immediately withdrawn before hitting my PayPal balance to a Citibank account, again an unauthorised transaction.

What mailing address is used for your U. S. Citibank credit card? In U. S. you can't transfer funds to a credit card--only to a bank account.

You will have to withdraw the money from your PayPal balance, once PayPal releases the hold, to your linked bank account and then go to those credit cards' websites, set up online account and add your bank account as payment method to pay to your credit card (s).
