Norton’s customer service rep that I talked with via phone lied about that. It appears that my cancelation is resolved.
Secondly, after being with Norton a number of months they have decided to "cancel my subscription cover and issue a refund". The problem with this is that I didn't cancel anything or ask for a refund. Norton has now cancelled my cover but of course they did not issue any refund. As Norton has no customer service, there is nothing I can do about it.

Hi, Since Installing Norton 360 onto my Laptop, Phone and iPad I am no longer able to type responses into Customer Service Chatbots forcing me to make contact with Service Providers by phone. I have looked in the settings and cannot find anything which may resolve this issue. Quick OS search hasn’t helped. Anyone have any ideas please?

The phone number has a busy signal and chat doesn’t work, every 2 minutes I have to re-generate a new verification code.
