Posted June 11, 2005. I've been gluten free for a little over 2 weeks, and have been doing pretty good so far. I haven't had any gastro-intestinal upsets since going gluten-free...until today, that is. I had a snack size bag of original Fritos corn chips around 4 pm, and about two hours later, things got real ugly.

Posted March 21, 2010. I never stopped eating Frito Lay products that do not contain wheat in the ingredients. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease by positive endoscopy with biopsies 3 years & 3 months age. I immediately went on a totally gluten-free diet, and immediately began to feel better.
