Are you able to sign into your account on another device? Do you have two-factor authentication set on your Microsoft account? Just can't download my profile on 360. Deleted cache multiple times, deleted content cache, etc. Nothing. Still going to try to change the auto renewal flip trick but I doubt it'll work as well. It's weird, as none of my other accounts on the same 360 console can login either. So I fail to see how my main account could be affecting the other ones.
I want to be able to use my old Xbox 360 Account and possibly merge it with my current Xbox account, however I've forgotten the old Email that I used for my old Xbox 360 account; I still remember the password.
