That’s one reason I’ve been put off by them and invested in apple and started looking at companies like framework. If time is money then dell is a scam for the amount of my time they wasted…even when I was covered under their insurance. Dell support is the worst I ever experienced. Next to that bad laptop of 2500 $.

Of course, their recommended support option is their KBs, because Dell has no interest in offering the support you pay for. (P.S. If I'm at the point where I'm reaching out to support, I've already read the KBs, tried manual troubleshooting, read through logs, etc.) One of their support options is "Start a virtual chat with us".
ProSupport is US, at least during business hours. The only accent you have to contend with is a southern drawl. :p. ProSupport and escalated business support is US based. Nothing better than having "premium support" from someone who can barely understand and speak English.
