"Account and identity" button / Xfinity ID & Security / Comcast email / Go to inbox. But "Go to inbox" is just a link that opens the "connect.xfinity.com" webmail site in a web browser. It would be faster to open the browser and tap a Bookmark or Favorite for the site, or open an email app configured for Xfinity.
Access Your Inbox: Click on your inbox or any other folders you want to access (like Sent, Drafts, etc.). This will open up your email interface where you can read, send, and manage your emails. Use Email Client: Alternatively, you can set up your Comcast email on an email client such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, or Mozilla Thunderbird.
Expert. •. 30.9K Messages. 1 month ago. @user_wq8z5r. Hello, I am not able to access my email, even though I have re-set my password, and can log into the Xfinity website. When I click to open my email, it takes me to the email page, and spins and spins and eventually times out.
Click the "direct message" icon. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon. Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Can you start by completing these steps: Sign in to Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password. Right-click on the Trash folder or click on the More Actions icon (three lines) next to the trash folder. Select Recover Deleted Items. Select the messages you want to restore and then click Move Selected Items.
I tried to set up a "rule" to redirect this specific email address to the Inbox, but I wasn't allowed to do that within the rule. I normally don't use my laptop much for my day to day email viewing, but I know I need to fix the problem within my laptop/windows browser/xfinity app first, before I can see this email, via the cell phone app for Email.
Select (check the box) first email in list, then keep scrolling down to the end of all the emails. This may take a while. Once at the end of the email list, hold down the shift key while selecting (checking the box) the last email on the list. All emails in the inbox will now be selected. 0.
Ah, I just tested it with my email and I see what you are saying. I checked around the settings, and I am not seeing that as an option to turn off or disable at this time.
Doesn’t matter which device I use. I log in to my Comcast email account, click on first email in the Inbox and it disappears before I can read it. Then I have to use the search box to try and find it. This takes up too much time. I have tried all of the Troubleshooting but nothing helps. Question.
