Sent back my Costa Bonitas under the lifetime warranty because the glass lenses kept falling out. I have spoken with them and they indicate that the frames are defective but since this model is out of production all they can do is sell me a new pair at a reduced price of $51. While that may be a good deal for a pair of Costas- their warranty is BS.
Re: Costa Del Mar Warranty Nonsense GWcpa, if the frames are in good shape take that pair by your local optometrist office and have them put a lens called the DRIVEWEAR in those frames. It is a polarized photochromic lens and they are awesome.

These used glasses were sent to me on a warranty replacement and the lense cracked the first couple of times I wore them.

The new SW5, it was the grand Costa in 2019 and even early 2020 model, has high dollar styling at a great price point. The factory is easy to deal with on warranty issues and being a dealer for almost 10 years I can assure the boats hold up extremely well even when neglected.
I have worn Costa Del Mars for 25 years and will never buy another pair. The warranty is meaningless and the quality has tanked. I bought a pair of polarized lenses for my Decot shooting glasses and saved a bundle. Those glasses you can actually fold and put in your shirt pocket and you can order any shade of lens you choose in polycarbonate.
