Open the Remote Play app. Right click the Remote Play icon (it's on the taskbar) Right click "PS4 Remote Play". Click "Properties". Click "Compatibility" (top right) Check the box reading "Run this program in compatibility mode for: ". Select "Windows 7" from the drop down menu. Click "Apply" then "OK". Open the Remote Play app and try signing in.

the website constantly logs me out and when i try to log back in, it says "cant connect to the server" followed by a code, something like " 18.df4f4317.1700028389.2c52012" which changes every time. i talked to PS support and they said that they have been having issues for the last few days but it should be fixed in the next 1-2 days. here we are 2 weeks later and still have this issue.
It's been happening to me for months now, but I NEED to log in my PS account using my PC. I tried using a VPN (Nord), NOT using a VPN, changing browsers, using the /flushdns command, and a clean browser. Keep in mind this happens with every Sony website I try to log into, even that Sony Rewards page gives me the same issue as per my testing.
