Hi Jasmine. My Verizon Visa account already deactivated itself. I go to Account Details / Online Services Tab and press the <Set up Now...> button, it has 'Synchrony Bank Credit Cards' (where my Verizon Visa Card does not work) I need it to be 'Verizon Visa Card'. When I initially activated the online service, uses 'Verizon Visa Card'. Thank you.
The problem is Synchrony is now federating(i.e., sharing access) the two accounts so when you log into the Verizon VISA you can access the Amazon transactions. Note that when you log into the Amazon account, you cannot see the VISA stuff. With my bank, I have multiple accounts and different account numbers but one credential.
Quicken Stopped Working for my Verizon\Synchrony Credit Card. neil154 Member . July 2021. The card did work until about 2 weeks ago. After a couple of days for several days I reactivated it and it worked again. No again it has stopped working and again after a few days I tried reactivating and even tried adding new account but it does not work.
July 2021. Verizon Visa (Synchrony bank) credit card account. I was successful in adding the account recently. Soon, however, I was unable to get Quicken to connect to the account (for several days in a row). I deleted account (to re-add), Quicken cannot successfully re-add. Continous CC-502 errors.

Thank you. danlapin Member . February 2021. Hi @Frankx i agree that it's odd and i hope Quicken will add soon. I don't mind going directly to Verizon Visa website and pay. The check pay is not in option since i do not trust the post office that it will get there on time. Thank you for your input.
While Verizon visa card is set up for downloads with us they do not have billing set up through quick pay. If you would like for the biller to appear you would need to contact their support and request for the feature to be set up. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Click Yes again, if necessary, to confirm your choice. Repeat these steps to deactivate all accounts at this same bank.
