With another shopping center just down the street (Home Depot/GE/K-Mart) and the newer shopping center in Heidelberg a mile the other way, it's sort of the red-headed stepchild of shopping centers. Plus no supermarket. I might stop in Big Lots once every five years, but that's about it. It would be a good location for an Aldi.

Eustis/Mt Dora has a lot of shopping on 441, the main drag in the area. Target, Walmart, Dollar Tree, Lowes, Goodwill, Hobby Lobby, Aldi, Ollies, etc. all in a very short stretch of about 1-2 miles. Tavares is just down the street from Eustis, then, going along that 441, you arrive at Leesburg. Tavares, then next down the 441 is Leesburg.

Usually reading the newspaper i see car ads with ridiculously low monthly payments , a closer look reveals its not a monthly payment at all its a weekly payment. The problem with dealers and payment plans is the extra amount of money you end up paying for the car through interest and extra charges.
