I have the Audible Sync app, software to convert to mp3 a spiffy Mp3 player, but no books. Whenever I make a call with Phone Link (Link to Windows) the audio is clicky, barely audible, and no one can hear me. It is not a hardware issue as this does not come up in any other form of computer communication (Zoom, Discord, Battle.net, Google Voice, etc.). This is a super convenient app but as far as calls go it is completely useless for me.

The CHAT tech suggested I uninstall my Audible Manager and then reinstall the new one. Went to my Windows 10 apps and found no Audible app. Strange. So I went to the Internet and downloaded the new Audible Manager. It shows my Audible selections in a tile arrangement, instead of having them listed down the left of the screen, which is okay.
Having issues with no audible notification in Teams. All notification settings are set correctly but still no sound in the Team account. This has made it very frustrating within our group Team knowing when something new is posted or a question is asked.
