I have an H3 and AT250, been out of contract for a while now, and I was wondering how I would go about getting the best possible discounts for my monthly bill. Is there a specific loyalty department or customer relations phone number I'd have to call, and is there something specific I have to...
It was also recently suggested that the phone number for the Loyalty Department should be available in a sticky thread. This thread is not yet a sticky. However, when it does become a sticky, I figure that this is as good of a place for that information as any. Loyalty Department phone number: 1-888-496-1260
Wilmington, DE. Jan 17, 2007. #1. Well, I finally got exhausted of seeing the same 866 # on my Caller ID every two hours for the past week and answered it last night - even though it was almost 9pm. Been a customer for over 20 years, and learned the "Ask for Retention Department" trick 5 or 6 years ago and they have consistently offered me a $40/mo discount on the Everything Pack. I'd call in every 12 months, ask for the Retention Department when it expired, and they'd always just sign me back up for it.

Doesn't matter if it's $2 or $20, they don't automatically refund it. Edit: oh, I misread. I didn't see that you were a prepaid customer. No, I wouldn't expect any kind of refund.

DISH Network Pay-Per-View purchases are stored within your receiver and limited to a specific ...
1. Clinton, MT. Jan 4, 2011. #14. If you have a Telco partner try your phone number with area code and you can then set a new user name and password. I think I remember doing this last year or more. NickF@DISH Network said: Hey dishusercan, Nick from DISH here.
How is it that Dish Network cannot confirm a phone number before signing anyone up for service? That would eliminate all the "wrong" number issues assigned to an account. It would further address the issues associated with cell phone companies re-issuing numbers from canceled plans, that were used on previous business agreements.
