r/Starfield. • 1 yr. ago. ADMIN MOD. Game Always Crashing On Akila City? Discussion. For some reason anytime I go to Akila my game instantly crashes. Never had any problems in the past or anything until today. I have tried reducing crowd density, verifying and repair game files, deleting saves and reducing my graphics. None have worked.
Akila has a 12 hour UT “day” every hour is only 30 minutes in New Atlantis. You have to wait 48 hours on Akila to reach 24 hours of UT time. If you goto Venus (100 UT hours per Venus hour) you only have to wait one hour to restock all the shops. Ohh good info on the Venus thing.
Akila is getting into my nerves, because there is this one last Fauna that I need to find, I visited all Biomes and all says on the planet scan that they are 100%. Am I missing a different Biome? Savana 100%, Frozen plains (I'm not sure how it's called in english) 100%, Forest 100%.. or is the last Fauna in some cave? I tried a cave or two but ...
Same problem - found both the small kiosk and the actual shop, but neither will buy my 5 Harvested Organs or 4 Xenowarfare Tech - don't ask where I got those :) The items did not show up when i tried to sell them, so I flew to The Den in the Wolf system and sold them in the TA ... not sure if the TA in Akila is just picky ... Guess I was wrong! It was a really cool thing to find that added to the lore about how bad the Ashta are for Akila, just one of them broke in and killed 3 trained & armed security guards before it got taken down. It is Emerson Shepherd' shop in Akila City, on Akila, in the Cheyenne system. It's right in front of Shepherd's store. Find the kiosk near the starport, run into the city just a little bit. Look for the big, lit up sign that says Shepherd's (it is in the video, if you want to see what it looks like).
Xbox series s : r/starfieldmods. Help Akila city is broke. Xbox series s. Ever since adding some mods akila is broken. Essentially have to restart and if I am lucky it will load, but struggles. Got some mods loaded. Unofficial patch, starcore, some ship parts, Dark Universe, useful brigs to name some bigger ones.
The real shame is that these cheese exploits are what make the games endearing. Without them, they're just buggy rpgs using an engine way past its prime. I guess stuff like this is low hanging fruit for some junior dev. 1. Not sure if it's just me doing it wrong but since the latest patch the Akila puddle glitch is no longer working.

Go to my ship and drop it in all my storage containers at my base. Every damn time I would go to akila city the game would freeze on a manual save or entering my ship for an auto save.
