Mcafee doesn't want you to uninstall their software. They make that perfectly clear when you try to uninstall it. Don't go to the website that is creating the problem.
Open Edge, then click the 3 dots at the top right and select Settings. Type notifications in the search box in Edge Settings. On the right scroll down and you will find the Notification settings, if there is websites listed in there, delete them. Then check if that notification comes back.

Yes, please search through the Registry Editor for any mention of 'McAfee Vaults' not just Mcafee. That entry in your screenshot can be safely deleted. Then after deleting an entry, press F3 to continue the search.

I recently purchased a dell laptop (windows 10 )with a free trial of McAfee. I do not wish to use McAfee so I uninstalled the program via add/remove programs. I noted some McAfee files remained on my PC, therefore I also ran MCPR tool. The files are still there. if I search for McAfee on my laptop I am still finding files.
