Review on Hunterworks thick belt. I have a 2015 RZR 1K EXP 2 seater. I have right at 12K miles. I drive like a normal person and do not abuse my Rzr. My trail riding is usually between 10-20 mph and my smooth road between 30-40. Some riding lower than 10 in rough terrain and occasionally at 45 mph. My original OEM belt lasted 3500 miles and I ...

The Rzr manual gives a bs method for measuring the width using 2 straight edges and a ruler to "project" the angles out to the width the belt would be if the top corners weren't sanded off. They give the spec at 1.188" for the 3211113 standard belt.

2013 XP 900 Belt Width. I'm having a hard time finding any info on the minimum width for the XP900 belt. The OE belt I currently have is # 3211148, it has over 2200 miles on it and the width is about 1.230". I have two new Gates belts # 21C4140, one measures under 1.200" (brand new, never used) and the other I just purchased measures about 1.230.

  7. Hunterworks new belts. New HD belt for XP1K. 4 times stronger.

If I understand it, your new HD belt sells for between 119 and 124. If so, thank you. Stock belt prices for utv and snowmobiles are getting completely out of hand. $200 for a stock belt is crazy. Especially since, on a bad day, they may only last a couple hundred miles.

    1. With the cover on, climb the largest longest dune wide open... stop at the top and remove the belt cover. "Attempt" to lay your bare hand on the primary ;- {. 2. With the cover off, climb the largest longest dune wide open... stop at the top and (with zero danger) easily hold your bare hand on the primary ;-} jareddustin.

You will get way more benefits out of new clutches than just using a clutch kit. STM clutches are lighter get stronger belt bite witch will make your belt live lot longer. More low and top end power. I make the only CVT 6 arm primary clutch that will take 800HP (and live).

  11. More Belt Temp Questions - Polaris RZR Forum - RZR Forums.net

    www.rzrforums.net/threads/more-belt-temp-questions.543902

The temps with the new cover have dropped by 20 degrees or more. In running both turbos side by side we have seen the temps on the “hot” bike are down and better then the stock unit. The over belt temps are fixed. We have observed the new cover keeps the belt cooler under hard use better then the stock one.
