The link you posted was what I used to download and install my current version of iTunes, 12.10.11.2. By the way, the Apple store lists iTunes 12.10.11 as the latest version available, so I have no clue why the reference to version 12.13 pops up. I've tried to use the Microsoft Store version of iTunes, but I could never get it to work correctly.

iTunes 12.10.11.2 is the last version (or most recent version) that will work with Windows 7 or Windows 8. Since then there have been many updates to iTunes that cannot be used on Windows 7 or 8 and as of today (25th December 2023) the current version is 12.13.1.3.
