When attempting to update my CICI credit card Quicken attempts to establish a new connection then times out indicating CITI rejected the connection. The existing Online Service information in Quicken is also wiped out. How to connect with new Bank of Hawaii online banking interface. Bank of Hawaii just changed its Web and mobile interfaces.

I had issues with Firstmark Services for weeks, contacted support, got the issue escalated, only to get an email about a month later wanting to schedule a phone call. By that time I had paid off the loan and closed the account. [Removed - Speculation]
August 13 edited September 28. Has anybody else been experiencing CC-502 errors when updating UW Credit Union accounts? These issues started happening on August 8. Working with Quicken support, they believe the problem is on the UW Credit Union end.

TL;DR; check the Online Services tabs for errors for all accounts at the same institution.
The FDP-101/CC-501 when trying to connect or authorize accounts with Navy Federal Credit Union is a known issue. I had the same problem, but only when using Firefox (ver. 122.0) on a Mac (Mac OS Catalina ver. 10.15.7). The Quicken version was 7.4.2.
